سياق Siyaq — context that flows

Write to think

An offline-first writing app for readers, researchers, and writers who work deeply with text and ideas. No databases. No cloud dependency. Just pages, connected through links, living on your device.

Everything is a page.
Meaning emerges through links.

Siyaq is built for people who write to think, not to manage systems. There are no note types, no schemas, no metadata, and no front matter. Only pages — connected through links — living in a real folder on your device.

Tools that respect your work

Every feature serves one purpose: letting you think clearly through writing.

WikiLinks

Connect your thinking with [[double bracket]] links. Type [[ and start writing — Siyaq suggests matching pages as you type. Click any link to preview its content without losing your place.

Backlink-Aware Rename

Rename any page and every reference across your vault updates automatically. Your links never break, no matter how your thinking evolves.

Context Panel

See what's connected while you write. Mentioned In shows pages that reference your current page. Links To shows where your thinking leads. External links are detected automatically.

Instant Search

Find anything with ⌘K. Results are intelligently ranked — exact title matches first, then partial matches, then content. Recent files appear when you open search.

Atomic Saves

Every save is crash-safe. Your work is never lost to a power failure or system crash. Auto-save runs in the background, silently protecting your writing.

Soft Delete

Deleted files move to a .bin folder — recoverable until you clear them. No more accidental permanent deletions.

Smooth, inspired writing

A clean, distraction-free editor built for flow. Everything you need is there when you need it — nothing more, nothing less.

Writing that flows

The editor stays out of your way. Bold when you need emphasis. Italic for nuance. Highlight what matters.
